It can include ground beef, ribs, stew meat, and a variety of cuts of steaks and roasts. The price is $6.75 per pound on the warm carcass weight, which works out to be approximately $1900-$2300. You can have your preference of grain finished or grass finished. Grass finished is available right now, to be delivered in December. We are taking orders for the grain finished which will be available in April 2023. Raised without the use of added hormones.
