Description

A small mixed bag special with premium cuts. It includes 3 lbs ground beef, 1 package of tenderloin steak, 1 package of rib or T-bone steak, 1 package of wing steak and 1 inside round or sirloin tip roast. All packages of steak include 2 steaks.

Our beef is raised on our family ranch just outside of Kamloops, without the use of added hormones.  It is processed at Rainer Custom Cutting, who is a provincially inspected abattoir and a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC.
