Description

A small mixed bag special with cuts perfect for the slow cooker or smoker. It includes 3 lbs ground beef, 1 package of stew meat, 1 package of ribs, 1 package of chuck steak, 1 package of sirloin butt steak and 1 package of flank steak. All packages of steak include 2 steaks.

Our beef is raised on our family ranch just outside of Kamloops, without the use of added hormones.  It is processed at Rainer Custom Cutting, who is a provincially inspected abattoir and a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC.
