OSR Meatloaf

A delicious meatloaf packed with flavour that is easy to make and ready within 1 hour.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper

Sauce to Spread on Top

  • 1 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 3 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Turn oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  • Mix the ground beef with the minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, milk, eggs and salt and pepper.
  • Press into a 9 X 13 inch baking pan
  • Mix together the ketchup, prepared mustard and brown sugar.
  • Spread the ketchup mixture over the ground beef mixture.
  • Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees fahrenheit
  • Take out of the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
