OSR Swiss Steak

- 1 package chuck steak
- 1 tbsp Montreal steak spice
- 2 onions
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 6 cups water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut up the onions.
Season steak with Montreal steak spice.
In a roasting pan, add some oil and brown the steak with the onions.
Take out the steak and then melt butter in the roaster.
Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Slowly add water while mixing.
Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and salt and pepper.
Bring it all to a boil and then add steak.
Cook at 350 degrees for 4 hours. Check every hour and add more water if necessary.
