A half a lamb, including cutting and wrapping. The lambs graze alongside their mothers all summer at the ranch.
The lamb is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir and cut with a standard cut.
The price is $12 per lb based on the warm carcass weight. Each 1/2 lamb weight will vary. The average is approximately a 25 lbs warm carcass weight. We will prepare an invoice after August 23rd for the total once we have the warm carcass weights.
Lambs will be delivered around the end of August/the first week of September.
