A package of garlic sausage perfect for cutting up for charcuterie boards and to have with crackers and cheese.

Our beef is raised on our family ranch just outside of Kamloops, without the use of added hormones.  It is processed at Rainer Custom Cutting, who is a provincially inspected abattoir and a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC.
