Description
A whole lamb, including cutting and wrapping. The lambs graze alongside their mothers all summer at the ranch.
The lamb is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir.
The price is $12 per lb based on the warm carcass weight. Each lamb weight will vary. The average is approximately a 50 lb warm carcass weight. We will prepare an invoice after August 23rd for the total once we have the warm carcass weights.
A deposit of $300 is required on August 16th, if you submit specific cutting instructions. If you want to specify your cutting instructions, please leave a comment on your order and we will send you a cutting instruction sheet to fill out.
Lambs will be delivered around the end of August/the first week of September.
